HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete the entry form from our website. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Nassiri Music, LLC. Nassiri Music, LLC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. Entries must be uploaded to Nassiri.com on the entry page or submitted to contest@nassiri.com with the name of the contest in the subject field. Entries must be submitted in one of the following formats: .PDF file, Text document, Word document, or as a .JPEG. CONTEST RULES:

• The contest is open to members currently subscribing to Nassiri.com. Identification must be produced on request.
• All content submitted must be original in its format, no other uses of this content must be previously submitted or copy written.
• Winners will be determined by Nassiri and the staff at Nassiri Music, LLC. All decisions of the contest judges are final.
• By submitting entry and/or claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Nassiri Music, LLC may deem appropriate. Nassiri Music, LLC reserves the rights to change the lyrics, vocals, poster, dance or video submitted by winner chosen at any point without prior notice.
• By submitting entry and/or accepting the prize, the winner, acknowledges that Nassiri Music, LLC may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
• The person(s) who is selected as the winner(s) of the specific prize will be contacted before the prize is awarded to them.
• Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from www.Nassiri.com.
• All applicants (and those minors below the age of 18, with permission by a parent or guardian) must agree to terms and conditions as prepared and accepted by Nassiri Music, LLC acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
• Nassiri Music, LLC retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
• This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
• Nassiri Music, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
• Approximate value of prize is $500.
• Contest open to any members currently subscribing to www.Nassiri.com only. There is no limit of entries per person per contest.
• All entries must be submitted by April 30th 2010.
