Nassiri travels to Washington to meet with Iraqi Representatives

Nassiri recently traveled to Washington D.C. to meet with various representatives from Iraq to discuss making a video of one of his new songs, "We Are Brothers," from his upcoming "Now"s The Time" album. The song, "We Are Brothers" focuses on the need for peace in the Middle East and speaks to all the various ethnic and religious factions in that region to get along better with each other for peace to happen. The representatives from Iraq approached Nassiri with this request because of his reputation as a messenger of peace as well as his Middle Eastern background. Iraq has been devastated by past political regimes and ongoing wars. Nassiri is committed to doing everything he can in his power to help the people of Iraq.
