Nassiri believes that music is a "universal" language of peace and love that lives in every person's heart and soul. All of his songs contain messages that are uplifting, empowering, healing and address social issues as well as spiritual ones. It is for this reason that he has decided to offer the opportunity for others who believe the same to be involved in his mission statement with his Lyric Writing contest. Below is one of Nassiri's instrumental compositions for anyone to submit their own lyrics. The winner will be awarded a $500 cash prize and the opportunity to have their winning lyrics performed and recorded by Nassiri.
